As well as learning basic facts about Valentina Tershkova, I also wanted to look into the detail of her life story as this will help me create more of a narrative when it comes to developing my character. The image above shows a mini timeline I created of Tereshkova's life so far, from her childhood to the moment she left for space. I feel it's important for me to look into these times as it allows me to gather more key information about my character and who they truly were.
