Character Workshop

 As Part of our narrative section of our visual application project we looked any the idea of character design, and how these characters could be developed. Therefore during our online lecture we were set the task to create four characters all from different abstract shapes. Below shows both my sketchbook pages featuring my new characters. Not only did I just do thew original blob inspired character, but also then went onto develop them digitally using colour and tonal detail to bring my ideas to life. 

I enjoyed this task as felt it pushed me out of my comfort zone by creating characters that are not usually ny style or interest, however I wads happy with how they all came out and felt they could be added into an interesting narrative.
